1. Confirmation
When you have become a member, you will automatically receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address you used when you registered at Sweol.com.

2. Payment methods
We accept the most bank- and credit cards. Our payment partners PayPal and Dibs handles all payments over safe encrypted channels (HTTPS).

3. Refund
Purchase of digital products for download is classified as a service that not is revocable. Because of that there is no withdrawal.

4. Downloading
You can download your purchased products as many times you need. You must hold your membership valid though.

5. Delivery
You membership is valid from the second your purchase has been completed.

6. Complaint
